FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non refundable deposit is required to secure your session at the time of booking, followed by the full payment being made on order date. Photos will not be delivered until full payment has been made
What if the weather isn't cooperating?
I will do my best to watch out for up coming weather developments that may impede your session. If in fact I feel that it will not be suitable for my gear or you, we can reschedule or move to my indoor studio. Some occasions it's best to hold on as long as possible considering it could be pouring rain in the morning and sunny in the afternoon
Do you offer refunds?
The short answer to this is no. Because my service is dependent on my time, cost of equipment, and expertise, I do not offer refunds. However, I always strive to ensure my clients are happy with their images. That's why I take the time to get to know new clients and their expectations through questionaries and a phone call. I also encourage all clients to review my work so you know my style. If there's and issue with equipment, weather, or any unforeseen circumstance, we can discuss the possibility of a reshoot
